Dedicated and resilient, Kari Oswold brings a people-first approach to real estate rooted in experience, empathy, and trust. With 15 years as a Realtor and more than nine years as a Senior Client Success Manager, she offers clients clear communication, strong advocacy, and steady guidance through every stage of the process.
Kari has lived in the Lake Almanor area since 2005, fulfilling a lifelong dream that began with summers spent camping in the area as a child. Her parents purchased property in Lake Almanor West more than 40 years ago and later a home in Prattville, building deep family roots in the community. Today, three of her sisters live full-time in the area, and her brother has built a vacation home, giving Kari extensive firsthand knowledge of the lake and the surrounding neighborhoods.
A Board Certified Realtor and member of CAR and NAR, Kari is also a Certified Health and Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine Coach. She was recognized as a top-performing agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, earning the President's Circle award. Her background allows her to help clients make housing decisions that support both lifestyle and long-term well-being.
Based in Lake Almanor, Kari is a devoted mother of three and a proud California native. Outside of real estate, she enjoys camping, staying active, water sports, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. Kari is honored to serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients find not just a home, but a place to truly belong.
